Clearing data on a paid-subscription app logs you out of the account. You'll have to re-enter all your login details.
A lot of advice online is written for other devices and software and can interfere with how your unit works. Ask support before trying it. Afterwards may be too late.
The box ships with specific software. If you add other apps or change system settings and then run into trouble, we may not be able to help, and you may need a full reprogram.
Some apps that promise to clear junk files will delete things this device needs. Skip them and follow the Regular Maintenance routine instead.

The remote works, but the box is easier with a wireless rechargeable mouse. To wake it from sleep, click a mouse button.
